E-Tuning Service:
We now include a virtual dyno sheet with every E-Tune service!
Don't have a dyno anywhere near you? Don't want a local tuner that hasn't ever tuned a Honda motor ruin your engine? We have an answer for you with our E-Tuning Service. E-Tuning is a rather simple concept, however it requires more effort from the owner of the vehicle.
How does the E-Tuning work?
1. We receive your online order for your E-Tune along with your engine setup details.
2. We then create a basemap based on your basemap form info. We will email this to you as an email attachment, or send you an SST chip depending on the ecu tuning system.
3. You receive our email, or chip with your basemap along with information on driving conditions we need in your datalog.
4. You will begin driving your vehicle while datalogging and save the datalog when completed.
5. You will email the datalog file as an attachment to us.
6. We will review your datalog, and adjust the tune accordingly.
7. A revised version of your basemap will be sent to you with instruction's on how to drive on your next outting. This will create the best possible tune for your engine based on real world operating conditions.
What ecu tuning systems can I use for E-Tuning?
Neptune
Hondata S300/Kpro/FlashPRO
What is required for this service?
E-tuning will require you to have a wideband 02 sensor installed, and setup to be able to datalog your air/fuel readings. We cannot tune your engine if you do not have a wideband installed! All OBD1 tuning systems will require an aftermarket wideband to be installed. Most K series, and newer engines can use the stock O2/air fuel sensor and do not need to be changed.
Is there a time limit for me to complete the datalogs?
NO. Complete the datalogs at your convenience. You can take as much time as you need to complete the datalogs, and email them to us.
