We started Advanced Ignition to provide the highest quality products possibale at an affordable price. We help educate the auto enthusiast to the virtues of Honda ECU tuning by providing extremely affordable parts and services to anyone who wishes to learn and become a part of this community.

As much as we would like to answer every question you might have over the phone, this is a very inefficient way to educate our customers, and process orders. Email is the best solution if you need support, or have questions. Our email is sales@advancedignition.com
Shipping policy:
Our preferred method of shipping is using USPS to ship all orders, but special arrangements may be able to be made in certain circumstances.
We prefer to ship all international orders via Priority mail, or Express Priority Mail. Please note extra shipping fee's will be applied after purchase. PLease contact for pricing before purchase if you are an internationl buyer.
Return, and Cancellation policy:
This policy deals with the return of unused goods for a refund and differs from our policy on warranty returns. Please see our “Warranty Claims” section below for more details on that policy.
Advanced Ignition will accept returns from the original purchaser on all unused tangible items (ie: no basemap files, etc) within 15 days of the initial purchase date. All items must be in new condition with all original, unopened packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee if the items are not in new condition. Under no circumstances will Advanced Ignition pay for any shipping fees in the event of a product’s return. Refunds will only be made in the same form that the original payment was made unless a store credit is requested.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:
This policy is in regard to items that have been used and are found to be defective or new items that are DOA. Damage as a result of shipping or misuse is not covered by this policy. If your item was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately and save all packaging. Only the original purchaser can make a warranty claim. In the event that a warranty claim is denied or an item is found to not be defective, no shipping charges will be paid by Advanced Ignition. Return shipping charges will not be covered if the original customer is international.
