ECUs: OBD0 and OBD2A/B cars need to be converted to OBD1, and the ECU will need to be socketed/chipped to accept a chip. If you dont have a socketed ecu then it will be an extra $60 at the time of the tune.
Check Engine Light: If you have a check engine light, verify the codes, and notify me before making a tuning appointment. Most of the time I will be able to fix the code in the software.
Fuel Injectors: There are two types of fuel injectors; Peak and hold, which require a resistor box. Saturated Injectors which do not require the resistor box. Please make sure you have the proper setup for your injectors.
Spark Plugs: Turbo and higher comperssion N/A cars need colder spark plugs. If you need plugs or aren't sure which plugs you should be using contact us and we can help you pick the right plug for your setup.
Safety: The car should operate like a normal car.(Brakes work properly, no overheating issues, proper oil levels, ect)
*Please bring CASH to the dyno appointment. We do not accept credit cards or checks at the time of the tune!
